We inherited the traditional recipes and the processes from our predecessors, who had been growing and selling cabbages since the 18th century. Since the beginning of the 1990’s we have been operating as a business enterprise, as a Limited Partnership since1994 and from 1997 as a Limited Liability Company.

Our products are sold through our own shops and through those of our partners. We have a very wide range of products, with which we aim to satisfy the needs of all of our valued customers. Our plant has the international HACCP quality assurance certification,
which guarantees continuously
checked quality.
